Apparently all-round renaissance man and former US president said this and we quite like it. We are passionate about good drinks but we also have day jobs - our way of letting reason hold the reins, and paying the bills!
Sometimes passion and reason do actually combine. Apart from loving our day jobs. . . We are running an introduction to wine tasting event for colleagues this coming week, in honour of the Street Child charity. Have a look at their website, donate something if you can, and then read on.
The following pages give the text of some notes we’ve written for the people coming. If you’re an experienced wine taster, you’ll find the text very basic but that’s the intent.
